"Bluebonnets"

Everyone loves Bluebonnets and, of course, I had to have an image of Bluebonnets. The problem was that I didn't want the regular run-of-the-mill type field shot that everyone has seen. Glaring at a Bluebonnet cluster I finally saw what I was looking for...a close up mid section. Each blossom starts to take on a personality with a big nose, a high brow and a goatee. It is fun to let your imagination go looking at macro floral photography. This image was featured in my Texas Highways article, April 2009.
This portrait is available for custom printing up to 21x29 inches.

I would love to draw this on black paper, to challenge myself. If I do, is it ok to post it on facebook?
